1. Who we are

JA Visuals Ltd (the “Company”, “we”, “us”) is a company registered in England and Wales (company number 13463576) with its registered office at 6 Barleycroft Lane, Dinnington, Sheffield S25 2LE. We trade as “Get in Shape with Jamie” (the “Service”).

2. What data we collect

When you interact with this website or our Service we may collect:

• Identity & contact - name, email address, phone number.
• Health & fitness - goals, medical history, injuries, current training and dietary habits, only where you choose to provide them.
• Payment - handled by our payment provider (TrueLayer or your bank via Faster Payments). We do not store card details.
• Technical - IP address, browser, pages visited, referrer, via standard server logs and (if you accept) cookies.

3. How we use your data

We process your data on the lawful basis of contract (to deliver the Service you have signed up for), legitimate interests (to run and improve the business), and consent (for marketing, where you have actively opted in).

4. Sharing your data

We do not sell your data. We share it only with:

• Payment providers (TrueLayer, Mettle/NatWest, Finexer) to process transactions.
• Email and hosting providers (Cloudflare, our transactional email service) to send you messages and host the website.
• Regulators, accountants and law-enforcement bodies where we are legally required to do so.

5. How long we keep your data

We keep your data for as long as you are an active customer plus 6 years for HMRC compliance (UK tax law requires retention of business records). Marketing consent is withdrawn on request.

6. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, emailhello@getinshapewithjamie.co.uk. If we cannot resolve your concern, you can complain to theInformation Commissioner's Office (ICO).

7. Cookies

This site uses only essential cookies required for the site to function. We do not currently use analytics or marketing cookies. If this changes we will update this notice and request consent.

JA Visuals Ltd is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) as a data controller. Registration reference will be published here once issued.

9. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will always reflect when the most recent change was made.
